Drivers

• Identity: Name, first name, date of birth (must be over 18 years old), profile photo, driver rating, ID number.
• Vehicles: Vehicle brand, registration number, horsepower (cc), vehicle photo, permit number (mandatory if over 49cc), permit expiration date, insurance expiration date.
• Contact Information: Phone number, email address.
• Vehicle-related documents: Front and back of the driver's license (mandatory if over 49cc), insurance, vehicle registration certificate.
• Personal Documents: ID front and back, certificate of good conduct.
• Photos of the box or bag for deliverers.
• Auto-entrepreneur RC number for deliverers.

2.2 Location Data

• GPS Location: To manage trips and deliveries.

2.3 Payment Data

• Transaction-related Information: For example, credit card number via a secure provider.

2.4 Technical Data

• Device Information: Model, operating system, IP address.

3. Use of Data

Your data is collected to:

• Provide our services connecting drivers, deliverers, passengers, or clients who need deliverers.
• Manage payments and transactions.
• Improve the application and user experience.
• Send you notifications (e.g., trip confirmations or promotions).

4. Data Sharing

Your data is never sold. It may be shared only in the following cases:

• With necessary third parties: Payment providers, technical service providers.
